Versatile actor Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his new film, Idli Kadai, which he himself directed. Apart from the rural entertainer, Dhanush has a Hindi film, Tere Ishq Mein, scheduled for release this year. According to the latest media reports, Dhanush is looking to associate with yet another Telugu director.
Dhanush’s two straight Telugu films, Sir and Kuberaa, directed by Venky Atluri and Sekhar Kammula, received a good response from the audience. The actor received immense appreciation for his performances from Telugus. Reportedly, Dhanush’s third Telugu film will be directed by Venu Udugula, who earlier made critically acclaimed films Needi Naadi Oke Katha and Virata Parvam.
Dhanush is said to have given his nod to the talented filmmaker after holding multiple discussions. A big production house from Tollywood is expected to bankroll the project. However, an official confirmation is yet to be made.
