Kollywood actor Dhanush’s upcoming drama film Idly Kadai, which he has directed and written, was initially scheduled for release on April 10, 2025. The movie features Nithya Menen as the female lead.
However, reports suggest that the release date might be postponed, with the new date likely set for April 24, 2025. An official confirmation from the makers is still awaited. Meanwhile, another film directed by Dhanush, Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK), has also been delayed, moving from its original release date of February 7, 2025, to February 21, 2025.
Interestingly, within a span of just two months, two films directed by Dhanush are gearing up for release. Adding to this, Dhanush’s starrer Kubera, directed by Sekhar Kammula, is also set to hit screens later this year. Stay tuned for further updates.
