Released in 2005, Rajinikanth’s Chandramukhi became a sensational hit. After 17 Years, the movie got a sequel, which has Raghava Lawrence as the lead.
The horror flick’s shoot is currently underway and a strong buzz about the movie is now doing rounds on social media. According to the grapevine, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut will play the titular character Chandramukhi, the dancer, which was done by Jyotika in the prequel.
If the rumour is true to be believed, she will be joining the sets of Chandramukhi 2 in the first week of December. On the other hand, her next directorial Emergency wrapped up the Assam schedule.
Her fans are quite happy with the news and are excited to watch Kangana in the iconic role. Lyca Productions is producing this film on a massive scale and MM Keeravaani will score music for this horror movie.
