Kollywood hero Jayam Ravi, alias Ravi Mohan, is going through a rough patch in his career. His last few films were big duds at the box office. However, he aims to make a comeback with Sivakarthikeyan and Sudha Kongara’s Parasakthi, in which he plays the antagonist.
According to the latest buzz in Kollywood circles, Jayam Ravi is planning to make his directorial debut soon. Reports suggest that the movie will be an out-and-out comedy entertainer. Comedian-turned-hero Yogi Babu is likely to headline the project.
Apart from Parasakthi, Jayam Ravi also has a political film titled Karathey Babu in his lineup. Once the actor wraps up these two films, he will start working on his directorial venture. Will this be a one-time experiment, or will Jayam Ravi continue directing? That remains to be seen.
