If the latest buzz is to go by, the makers of Venkatesh’s Narappa who recently stuck a deal with a top OTT platform for the direct to digital release of the film are planning to revoke the agreement.
Now that theaters are reopening in the twin Telugu states, the makers of Narappa are intending to cancel the OTT deal. They plan to release the film in theaters.
A couple of days ago, exhibitors in Telangana urged producers to wait till October 30th before going ahead with OTT release for their films. This statement might have had an impact on the latest decision from the makers of Narappa.
