Sandalwood star Yash’s pan-India action drama, Toxic: A fairytale for grown-ups, is one of the most eagerly awaited projects in India. Even though the film’s shooting kicked off in August, unexpected legal issues came as a sudden jolt and halted the production formalities for a long time.
Meanwhile, the latest buzz around Yash’s role in Toxic is going viral on social media. Apparently, the macho actor will be seen in the role of an advocate in this high-budget entertainer. However, we will have clarity on this speculation when the film’s promos come out early next year.
Yash will feature an ensemble cast, including star heroine Nayanthara, Bollywood actresses Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, and Huma Qureshi in lead roles. Produced under the KVN Productions banner, Toxic is being directed by Geetu Mohandas and is scheduled to hit theaters on April 10, 2025.
