Music director-turned-actor Hiphop Tamizha Adhi achieved blockbuster success with the youthful entertainer Meesaya Murukku. The film marked Hiphop Tamizha Adhi’s acting and directorial debut. After many years, Hip Hop is now coming up with its sequel, Meesaya Murukku 2.
The movie is arriving in theatres tomorrow, and there is a decent level of buzz surrounding it. Lately, Tamil sequels haven’t been doing well, and hence, it will be interesting to see how Meesaya Murukku 2 will perform at the box office. The trailer looked promising, and now it all depends on the initial reports.
The second installment is also directed by Hiphop Tamizha. Sundar C and Khushbu, who produced Meesaya Murukku, backed the sequel too. Ketika Sharma, Chaithra J Achar, Ramya Ranganathan, Baba Baskar, and Nassar play key roles.
