The period war action drama Champion was released on Christmas and received decent responses from audiences. Directed by Pradeep Advaitham, the film stars Roshan Meka and Anaswara Rajan in the lead roles.

The movie has now completed its extended opening weekend at the box office, with the makers officially announcing that it has collected Rs. 11.50 crore gross in four days. From here on, it remains to be seen how the film performs during the weekdays.

Apart from the lead pair, the film also features Nandamuri Kalyana Chakravarthy, Murali Sharma, Santosh Pratap and others in supporting roles. Champion is produced by Swapna Cinema, Zee Studios, Anandi Art Creations and Concept Films, with music composed by Mickey J Meyer.
