The AI-morphed video of Janhvi Kapoor from Devara’s Chuttamalle song took everyone by shock as some individuals stooped too low for cheap engagement. The matter grabbed more eyeballs when Jr. NTR responded strongly, stating that he won’t spare the scumbags behind this disgusting act.
Now, the industry’s bigwig, Megastar Chiranjeevi, has stepped in to provide a solution to safeguard the dignity of actresses. Chiranjeevi took to X and wrote that he was deeply disturbed by the morphed videos and condemned them.
Megastar felt that those who created such content must be held accountable and recommended the formation of a dedicated committee and support cell. This special committee will exclusively support those affected by working closely with Cyber Crime authorities and pursuing legal action against those responsible.
Chiranjeevi will soon take up this matter with the Telugu Film Chamber, the Producers’ Council, affiliated industry bodies, and the entire film fraternity to provide a long-term solution to digital abuse.
I am deeply disturbed by the use of AI to create degrading and morphed videos of a woman. Such acts are cruel, shameful and completely unacceptable. I strongly condemn them.
This is not an issue concerning just one individual or one film. Today, it has happened to someone else.…
