Hero Vijay Deverakonda is turning producer with the soon-to-release romantic comedy, Meeku Mathrame Cheptha. The film is hitting screens on November 1. Director Tharun Bhascker is making his debut as a hero with the film.
The latest we hear is that Meeku Mathrame Cheptha’s satellite rights have been acquired by the popular entertainment channel Maa TV for Rs 2 crore. This is a good deal considering the budget the film was made with. The recently released ‘Nuvve Hero’ special promotional song featuring Vijay Deverakonda has been getting a good response from his fans.
Meeku Mathrame Cheptha also has Anasuya Bharadwaj, Vani Bhojan, Pavani Gangireddy and Abhinav Gomatam in lead roles. Debutant Shammir Sultan is the director.
