It is a known fact that Nayanthara recently signed a Tamil film, titled Mookuthi Amman. She will be seen as the goddess of Kanyakumari in the movie which is a religious satire.
The news now is that Disney Hot Star and Star Vijay have grabbed the streaming and satellite rights of this film. Popular Tamil actor RJ Balaji will co-direct Mookuthi Amman along with Saravanan.
Nayan has worked hard on this film where she has a special role. But now that the theaters will be opened, still, the makers have decided to have a direct release for Diwali which is quite weird.
