Another day, another major milestone for Dhurandhar 2. This time, it has made history at the UK box office. The Rs. 1800 crore blockbuster has become the highest-grossing Indian film in the UK, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan.
Pathaan was a sensational hit and a much-needed industry success at the time of its release. Now, three years later, its record has been overtaken by Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge. While Pathaan collected £4.380 million, Dhurandhar 2 edged past it with £4.388 million.
Many more records seem set to fall as the film continues its strong run. Meanwhile, audiences are eagerly waiting to watch Aditya Dhar’s blockbuster digitally, with anticipation building around its OTT premiere on Jio Hotstar.
