The detailed censor certificate of Dhurandhar: The Revenge, along with the listed changes, is now out on social media, and the modifications suggested by the Censor Board of Film Certification have left fans heavily frustrated.
A few key action sequences have been trimmed along with the much-talked-about beheading and head-kicking scene (reduced by 24 seconds). Additionally, some dialogues have been muted, which hasn’t gone down well with movie buffs.
Many feel these cuts could impact the viewing experience, even though the film has been granted an A certificate. However, it’s worth noting that even A-rated films can be trimmed for excessive gore and brutality as per the Cinematograph Act, 1952.
