Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh’s espionage thriller Dhurandhar released on December 5, 2025. The Aditya Dhar directorial is receiving positive reviews from critics and audiences alike.
The film posted a solid opening, earning around Rs. 28 crore nett on day 1, one of the best starts for Ranveer in recent years. The momentum carried into day 2, driven by strong word of mouth, with the film collecting Rs. 33.10 crore nett. This brings the two-day total to Rs. 61.7 crore nett.
Trade circles expect Dhurandhar to finish its first week close to the Rs. 100 crore nett mark, after which the weekday hold will determine its long-term trajectory.
The film features a strong ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi. It is produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, with music by Shashwat Sachdev. A sequel is already ready and is slated for release on March 19, 2026.
