Sharwanand is gearing up for the release of Biker, touted to be India’s first motocross adventure film. The film is set to hit theaters on April 3. Backed by UV Creations, the film is built strictly for a premium theater experience. It releases across multiple high-end formats, including Dolby Cinema, EPIQ, 4DX, and PCX.

According to director Abhilash Reddy, Sharwanand took a six-month break to prepare mentally and physically for the demanding role. During a recent press meet, Abhilash confirmed the team shot the movie in Dolby Vision to guarantee top-tier visual and sound quality, which is already generating buzz following the trailer release.

He said, “Capturing the racing sequences wasn’t easy. The crew spent over 60 days focusing solely on the action, bringing in professional racers from New Zealand and Australia. They even shot a massive climax in Indonesia. When international associations initially warned against the location due to high costs and risks, the production team went ahead and built massive sets there anyway to get the exact look they needed.”

Beneath the roaring engines, Biker relies heavily on a father-son dynamic, says the director. Rajasekhar steps in as both a father and a coach, bringing a unique, non-traditional emotional weight to the story. Malavika also plays a highly guarded but critical role that the director says will make complete sense once audiences watch the film.
