The eagerly awaited film Lal Salaam, starring Superstar Rajinikanth alongside Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant in leading roles, hit theaters last Friday. However, it received lackluster reviews, particularly in the Telugu states.
On its opening day in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, numerous screenings were unexpectedly cancelled, surprising industry insiders. Unfortunately, the film failed to resonate with audiences for various reasons, resulting in disappointing box office returns. Despite the high expectations typically associated with a Superstar’s film, Lal Salaam struggled to attract viewers even in its first weekend.
Directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth and produced by Lyca Productions, the film features a score by renowned composer AR Rahman. Stay tuned for more updates on this movie.
