Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt’s spy action thriller Alpha is set to premiere on Netflix this Friday, August 28, 2026. Meanwhile, another project, backed by the actress has announced its cast and streaming date.
Titled Don’t Be Shy, the coming-of-age romantic comedy is produced under Eternal Sunshine Productions, the banner run by Alia Bhatt and her sister Shaheen Bhatt. The project is written and directed by Sreeti Mukerji.
Prime Video has announced the young lead cast, featuring Aarushi Bajaj of Aarya fame, Piyush Khati, Ansh Duggal of Nakhrewaalii fame and Bianca Arora. The project marks an important streaming opportunity for the young ensemble.
Prime Video has also locked the premiere date for September 25, 2026. Ram Sampath is composing the music, while Grishma Shah and Vikesh Bhutani serve as co-producers.
