Kaantha is one of the most awaited projects among audiences. The promotional content created buzz, but the film’s postponement disappointed fans. The makers waited until Diwali to announce the release date of the Dulquer Salmaan-starrer period drama.
It is now confirmed that Kaantha will be released in theaters on November 17, 2025, in Tamil, Telugu, and other languages. Promotions for the film will start soon.
The movie is produced by Rana Daggubati and Dulquer Salmaan under their banners, Spirit Media and Wayfarer Films. Samuthirakani plays a key role, while Bhagyashri Borse is the heroine. Rana also appears in the film, though details of his character are not revealed yet. Jhanu Chanthar has composed the music for the film.
