Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya’s Epic is facing backlash after its OTT premiere on Netflix. Social media is filled with negative reactions, with several viewers criticising the film’s weak narrative, lack of emotional depth, and poor chemistry between the lead pair.
Directed by Aditya Haasan, the film has generated considerable discussion, but the overall response has been disappointing, to say the least.
Some viewers feel that the director’s overconfidence affected the final output, while others believe the story failed to create the emotional impact it promised.
Although Epic is receiving good views, the feedback remains largely negative. It remains to be seen whether the film can find more appreciation among OTT audiences in the coming days.
