Vettaiyan is Superstar Rajinikanth’s next outing. The actor scored a phenomenal blockbuster with Jailer last year, but his recent film Lal Salaam went unnoticed. TJ Gnanavel, of Jai Bhim fame, is directing Vettaiyan. Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, and Rana Daggubati are playing key roles.
In a recent interview, Fahadh Faasil revealed interesting information about his role, which took his fans by surprise. Fahadh stated that he is playing a humorous role in Vettaiyan, which would be a departure from the current roles he is essaying. It will surely be interesting to see Fahadh in a non-serious role.
Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Rao Ramesh, Rohini Molleti, and Dushara Vijayan are also playing pivotal roles. Produced by Lyca Productions, the movie will have its music by Anirudh Ravichander. Vettaiyan will grace cinemas in October 2024.
