All eyes are on Mollywood star Fahadh Faasil’s Tollywood debut with Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s highly-anticipated rural action drama, Pushpa. The talented actor admires Sukumar and Bunny’s work and readily agreed to play the main antagonist when Sukumar narrated him Pushpa’s script.
In a latest interview, Fahadh, who is yet to commence shooting for his part in Pushpa, revealed that he will join the team in August. Even though Fahadh is tight-lipped about his role, it is being rumored that he will be seen as a police officer who is hell-bent on arresting Allu Arjun’s Pushpa Raj’s character.
Set in the Seshachalam Red Sanders smuggling backdrop, Pushpa also features young beauty Rashmika Mandanna in a lead role. DSP is scoring the soundtrack for this Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media’s joint production. The film’s first part will have a pan-India release later this year.
