The Cult Jathara release trailer launch event of Ram and Sreeleela’s highly-anticipated mass action entertainer, Skanda, was held in Karimnagar last night. Except Sreeleela, the rest of the core team of Skanda was present at the event. Addressing thousands of his ardent fans, Ram revealed a few key updates on Skanda in his speech.
“There is a perception that Boyapati gari movies are mostly about fights and action episodes. But the key element behind those fight sequences in Skanda is a strong emotion. You will witness how Boyapati garu has heightened that emotion in the movie. Skanda is not just a mass film, but it also has beautiful family emotions. Those family emotions are the soul of Skanda. Just like in all his previous movies, Boyapati garu has incorporated a beautiful social message even in Skanda. Family audiences will surely enjoy that message in Skanda,” Ram said.
Also starring Bollywood starlet Saiee Manjrekar and young Telugu hero Prince in key roles, Skanda is produced by Srinivasa Chitturi on Srinivasa Silver Screen banner. The film has its soundtrack composed by Thaman. Skanda is all set to open in cinemas worldwide on September 28.
