The 53rd International Film Festival of India (IFFI) will be conducted between November 20 and 28 this year, as mentioned by the Information and Broadcasting Ministry of India. Twenty-five feature films and twenty non-feature films will be screened at this annual movie extravaganza.
Five Telugu movies are selected for screening at this prestigious film festival which includes RRR (Roudram Ranam Rudhiram), Major, Akhanda, Cinema Bandi, and Kudhiram Bose. Major being a Telugu-Hindi bilingual, will have the screening in the Hindi language.
This is an excellent achievement for Telugu cinema which is reaching heights over the years. The films thus selected by the 12-member jury committee will reflect the vibrancy and diversity of the Indian film industry.
