After the Sankranthi season, Tollywood is awaiting its next hit, and the industry believes Vishwak Sen’s Funky will leave an impact at the box office. Directed by Jathi Rathanlu fame KV Anudeep, the movie stars Kayadu Lohar as the female lead. Popular producer Naga Vamsi backed this comedy entertainer. Lately, many movies, ranging from big-budget to small-scale, have opted for paid premieres, but surprisingly, the makers of Funky didn’t opt for any paid previews.

When asked about the reason behind the same, Naga Vamsi said, “Valentine’s Day is on Saturday, a holiday for youth, and Maha Shivaratri is on Sunday. I don’t want too much gap between the holidays and the film’s release. Though the start might be slow, I am confident that the film will take off from evening shows with solid talk.”
Naga Vamsi also requested the audience not to worry about logics since it is Anudeep’s film and assured them of a laugh riot. Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas co-produced this flick set against the film industry backdrop. Bheems Ceciroleo is the music composer.
