Ram Charan and Shankar’s much-awaited political drama, Game Changer, was released in cinemas worldwide yesterday (Jan 10) as a Sankranthi festive treat. Also starring Bollywood actress Kiara Advani in a lead role, this high-budget entertainer had a pan-Indian release in multiple languages.

As per the latest updates, Game Changer has sold over a whopping 1.3 million tickets on the popular ticket aggregator BookMyShow on its opening day. Thanks to the positive response from fans, the film is sure to witness a huge hike in the ticket sales over the weekend. Apart from BMS, the trends are more or less the same on other ticketing platforms.

Game Changer’s advance bookings are on fire, not only in Telugu states but also in Tamil Nadu and the North Indian circuit as well. Many shows are either sold out or fast-filling on BookMyShow across major North Indian cities. And the Sankranthiki festive season will ensure Game Changer breaks many records in the coming days.

Game Changer also features SJ Suryah, Anjali, Srikanth, Samuthirakani, and Jayaram playing pivotal roles. Star music director Thaman composed the music for this mega entertainer. Dil Raju’s SVC, in association with Adityaram Movies, bankrolled the film’s Tamil version, while Anil Thadani of AA Films distributed the film in Hindi.
