Gang, the Telugu version of Tamil star Suriya’s latest film Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, released yesterday (Jan 12) along with its Tamil version. The film’s trailer and the songs composed by Anirudh Ravichander created decent expectations among Suriya’s fans in the twin Telugu states.
In Krishna district, on day one, Gang collected a share of Rs 5,56 lakhs. Gang has a tough competition from Jai Simha and Agnyaathavaasi, while Rangula Ratnam too is hitting the screens tomorrow.
Gang is an official adaptation of the hit Bollywood heist thriller, Special 26. Keerthy Suresh is the female lead in the movie and Vignesh Shivan is the director. UV Creations banner has released the Telugu version.
