We had reported a few days ago that the blockbuster romantic drama, Geetha Govindam, will soon be remade in Hindi Popular Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor’s younger brother Ishaan Khatter has reportedly been approached to play Vijay Deverakonda’s role from the Telugu original.
Now, according to the reports in Bollywood tabloids, leading Telugu film production house Geetha Arts, which presented Geetha Govindam, will also bankroll the Hindi remake. However, an official announcement is awaited in this regard. The director and the leading lady who will reprise Rashmika Mandanna’s role in the Hindi version are yet to be revealed.
