Veteran producer KT Kunjumon’s announcement of Gentleman 2 last year brought much excitement to the table, with A Gokul Krishna taking the director’s seat. The movie stars Chetan, Nayanthara Chakravarthy, and Priya Lal in the lead roles. After many days, the film is back in the spotlight.
The team has officially wrapped up the first leg of shooting, which took place in and around Chennai in just 15 days. This phase featured the full participation of key cast members, including Chetan, Nayanthara Chakravarthy, Priya Lal, and notable actors like Badava Gopi, Sudha Rani, Sithaara, Sri Latha, Kanmani, Lollu Sabha Swaminathan, Baby Padma Raga, and Mullai-Kothandam. Additionally, a spectacular action sequence, choreographed by stunt master Dinesh Kasi, was filmed during this schedule.
A grand second schedule is slated to kick off in the third week of November, covering locations in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pondicherry. Subsequent schedules will take the production to captivating locales in Malaysia, Dubai, and Sri Lanka.
What’s truly remarkable is that the film features a star-studded ensemble of over 50 famous actors and actresses. The music for the movie is in the capable hands of Oscar-winner MM Keeravaani, with Ajayan Vincent overseeing the cinematography. Thotta Tharani is in charge of the art direction, while Sathish Surya handles the editing. Stay tuned for more exciting updates on this promising project.
