Some time ago, Trivikram Srinivas announced a mythological film based on Lord Kumara Swamy, tentatively titled “God of War”. Icon Star Allu Arjun was initially announced as the protagonist, but due to undisclosed reasons, the project later landed in the hands of Jr. NTR. At one point, NTR was even spotted holding a book related to Lord Kumara Swamy. Recently, reports surfaced that the project had once again returned to Allu Arjun.
While fans of both NTR and Allu Arjun remain confused about who will ultimately headline this prestigious project, the latest development has come as a major shock to them. Director Kishore Tirumala has now revealed that he has already prepared a bound script based on Lord Kumara Swamy and that the project will go on floors soon.
Kishore Tirumala shared this information during the promotions of his upcoming film Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi. The mythological film, to be directed by him, is titled “Gowri Tanaya,” and the director is currently busy with the casting process. With this fresh revelation from the Nenu Sailaja director, fans of both Allu Arjun and Jr. NTR are left scratching their heads, trying to make sense of the situation.
Trivikram is currently busy with Venkatesh’s Adarsha Kutumbham, which is slated for a Summer 2026 release. Meanwhile, Kishore Tirumala has already wrapped up work on Ravi Teja’s film and may commence Gowri Tanaya even before Trivikram begins shooting God of War.
