As reported last night, action hero Gopichand’s new film under Tamil director Thiru Subrahmanyam’s direction has begun its shooting formalities this morning. This as-yet-untitled film’s first schedule kick-started on the Indo-Pak border near Jailsalmer, Rajasthan.
Touted as a spy thriller, this film marks Gopichand’s 26th project. The actor is playing a spy in this high-octane spy thriller. The unit is currently canning an intense fight sequence under action director Selvan’s supervision. The makers are planning to release the film in May.
While Raashi Khanna is the leading lady in the film, there have been some speculations that Bollywood actress Zareen Khan has been approached for the other female lead’s role. Anil Sunkara and Abhishek Agarwal are jointly bankrolling the film. KVPG and PPLM fame Vishal Chandrashekar is the music composer.
