Nagarjuna is all set to begin 2013 with a family entertainer Greekuveerudu which is releasing today in Andhra Pradesh, US and few other regions. Directed by Dasaradh, the film stars Nagarjuna, Nayanthara, Meera Chopra, MS Narayana, Brahmanandam, K Viswanath among other actors. The film is said to be a typical Dasaradh’s film which focuses on relationships and the importance of family. Now, all eyes are on Nagarjuna since it’s his first full fledged family entertainer after a long time. For the past few years, he has been experimenting with mass entertainers like Ragada, Damarukam and devotional films like Shiridi Sai.
The last time Nagarjuna and Dasardh teamed up for a film, it resulted in a good family entertainer like Santosham and audience will certainly wish they would recreate that magic. The film’s is expected to take a good opening and it remains to be seen how the film does at box office over the span of next few days. With almost no competition at box-office, it surely looks like a great opportunity for the film to do good business. D Sivaprasad Reddy has produced the film and S S Thaman has scored the music.
