Tollywood director Prasanth Varma’s superhero flick, Hanu-Man, released as a Sankranthi festive treat in January and ended up being a huge blockbuster at the box office. Even as Prasanth is busy giving finishing touches to Hanu-Man’s sequel, Jai Hanuman, here comes an exciting update.
The latest buzz in Bollywood circles reveals that Prasanth Varma is in talks with leading Bollywood star Ranveer Singh for a massive mythological magnum opus. Apparently, the discussions are in their early stages, and this would be a standalone film and not Jai Hanuman. Both Ranveer and Prasanth are reportedly in talks with several Bollywood studios, including T-Series, Viacom 18, and Jio Studios, to back the project.
Ranveer is said to have been quite impressed with the storyline Prasanth narrated to him back in January. The duo has met several times and discussed the project in detail. More updates will be out in the coming days.
