While promoting Ustaad Bhagat Singh, Harish Shankar made an interesting statement that has now grabbed eyeballs. He said that the patriotism theme in Ustaad Bhagat Singh has been fully explored in Dhurandhar 2.
“I touched upon patriotism in Ustaad Bhagat Singh, and the same has been explored in a full-fledged manner in Dhurandhar 2. When someone makes a film with my ideology and a concept I like, and raises the bar even higher, it gives me immense happiness,” said Harish Shankar.
It will be interesting to see if Harish Shankar attempts a full-fledged patriotic film like Dhurandhar. As of now, the director hasn’t announced his next project after Ustaad Bhagat Singh. Who he will collaborate with next remains to be seen.
