Superstar Mahesh Babu and visionary director SS Rajamouli have teamed up for the first time on a globe-trotting action-adventure, SSMB 29, being crafted on an unprecedented scale. The film’s shoot commenced a month ago at the Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad.
Rajamouli and his team have maintained tight secrecy around the project, keeping all details under wraps. They have neither released images from the pooja ceremony nor unveiled Mahesh Babu’s look. However, a new picture circulating on social media is now being speculated to be from the sets of SSMB 29.
The image first emerged on Reddit, with claims that it showcases a set constructed for the film. Previously, reports suggested that Rajamouli was filming scenes related to Kashi on a specially built set at the factory. While some believe the viral picture is indeed from SSMB 29, others argue that it actually belongs to Nagabandham. Only time will reveal the truth behind the speculation.
Meanwhile, Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran has hinted at joining the film’s shoot soon, though an official confirmation is still awaited. On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra is reportedly playing a crucial role in this high-budget spectacle, which is being produced under the banner of Durga Arts, led by KL Narayana.
