Ever since the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has been winning everyone’s hearts with his touching gestures for the poor and needy. So far, Sonu has facilitated transport to thousands of migrant workers across India and Indian students studying abroad.
Now, in his latest gesture, Sonu Sood has gifted a new tractor to a poor tomato farmer from Chittoor. Earlier today, a netizen tweeted a video of the farmer using both his daughters as oxen to plough the field as he could not afford to hire an ox after suffering heavy losses earlier this year due to the lockdown.
Moved by their plight, Sonu tweeted, “This family doesn’t deserve a pair of ox. They deserve a Tractor. So sending you one. By evening a tractor will be ploughing your fields.”
