PAN Indian film Shaakuntalam starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the titular role, has hit the screens today. The movie based on the play Shakuntala is directed by Gunasekhar and has Dev Mohan as the male lead. The film received poor reviews from critics and the audience.
The latest update is that the film made 125K$ in the USA region. The figure includes the premiers as well. Now that the film has received unfavorable reviews, it needs to be seen how it will perform in the coming days. Icon Star Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha made her film debut with Shaakuntalam.
