Poonam Kaur has been participating in the zero GST movement for a year. On the 10th of November, the actress-turned-politician took part in the protest conducted by handloom weavers to abolish the GST on handlooms at Surat’s Indhira park.
After participating in a silent protest at Sabarmati Aashram on the 11th, she started for the Brahmakumari meet scheduled on the 12th in Delhi. There she had back pain and hence went to Kerala. It was revealed that she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. After taking treatment in Kerala, she is currently taking rest in Maharastra. She is doing fine and is up with confidence.
