Mahavatar Narsimha, the first mythological animated feature film from the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe (MCU), recently hit the big screens. Though the pre-release buzz was minimal, the tide quickly turned as fantastic reviews started pouring in from all corners.
Directed by Ashwin Kumar, the film has been going from strength to strength with each passing day. So far, it has raked in over Rs. 53 crores at the Indian box office, a sensational feat for an animated venture. The Hindi version is delivering extraordinary numbers, contributing significantly to its nationwide success.
The Telugu version is also running successfully with solid occupancies. The second weekend began on a stupendous note, with advance bookings witnessing a major surge. Mahavatar Narsimha is jointly produced by Hombale Films in collaboration with Kleem Productions. The music, which has also garnered praise, is composed by Sam CS, Abey Terrance, and Sachin Lal.
