The inclusion of South Indian actor Jr. NTR in War 2 has left many in awe. War starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff was a huge money spinner. There were humongous expectations for War 2, but the hype sky-rocketed when NTR was cast alongside Hrithik Roshan.

Not Siddharth Anand, but Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Brahmastra fame Ayan Mukerji will direct this action thriller. Yash Raj Films, which is producing War 2, has now announced the release date of this biggie. Accordingly, this massive multi-starrer will open in cinemas on 14th August 2025.

The second day of War 2 happens to be a national holiday, and hence, the movie has every chance to collect 100 crores nett on a single day. This hasn’t happened till now for a Hindi film, but as War 2 marks the coming together of the two giant forces from Bollywood and Tollywood, any record is breakable.

This is the sixth film in the YRF Spy Universe after Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, and Tiger 3. NTR and Hrithik Roshan will start working on the project very soon. At the end of Tiger 3, the makers gave a small glimpse of War 2, which excited the audience.
