Music legend Ilayaraja continues to enthrall music lovers with his timeless music even after several decades. His son Yuvan Shankar Raja is one of the most popular composers down south. Now, for the first time, both Ilayaraja and Yuvan are going to team up with each other for a Tamil film, titled Maamanithan.
Yuvan took to Twitter this morning and revealed that he and his father are working together for the first time. Yuvan also posted a picture of Ilayaraja composing a tune on his harmonium. The hotshot composer went on to say that the album will be a special treat for everyone.
Incidentally, Yuvan is also co-producing Maamanithan along with K Productions. The film has acclaimed Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathrie as the main leads. Seenu Ramasamy is the director.
