The first video teaser of actor Nani’s soon to be released romantic comedy, Majnu, has been released to an overwhelming response. The funny and endearing teaser showcases Nani as a desperate romeo who tries to win his girl’s love. Ilayaraja’s pathos and the intrinsic humor in the film’s plotline make up for an engaging teaser altogether.
Majnu has already wrapped up a majority of its shooting part. The film is being helmed by young filmmaker Virinchi Varma, who had made a highly successful debut with Raj Tarun’s Uyyala Jampala. Malayali actress Anu Emmanuel makes her Tollywood debut with this film.
Noted banner Anandi Art Productions returns to film production with Majnu. The makers are planning to release the film on September 17.
