Despite several new releases arriving in the marketplace, Ravi Teja’s Irumudi still remains super strong. Yesterday, the film reported housefuls, cashing in on the Janmashtami holiday.
In a rare achievement, Irumudi has now recorded over 50 lakh footfalls in the Nizam region. Even some of the biggies didn’t achieve this level of admissions, and Irumudi is hence a generational blockbuster.
So far, the emotional family drama has collected over Rs. 80 crores gross and is heading towards the Rs. 100 crore mark. The Nizam region rights have been taken up by Ravi Teja as part of his remuneration, and he is now sitting on a goldmine.
