One of the most awaited films of Ram Charan, Peddi, is a rural sports drama directed by Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana. Ever since the project was announced, expectations have been high, and the promotional content has only amplified the buzz.
The movie was initially slated for a March 27 release but was later postponed to April 30, 2026. Now, fresh rumours have surfaced online suggesting yet another delay. As the speculation grows stronger, uncertainty looms among Ram Charan’s fans, who are now seeking clarity from the makers.
On the other hand, it was announced yesterday that pre-sales in North America will commence on Ram Charan’s birthday, which was originally planned as the film’s release date.
Both songs released so far have generated a strong positive response, further increasing the film’s craze among audiences nationwide.
Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead opposite Ram Charan. Shiva Rajkumar, Divyendu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu, and Boman Irani appear in key roles. The music for Peddi is composed by AR Rahman, while Vriddhi Cinemas is backing this pan-Indian project.
