The film is in the news since yesterday as a gossip is doing the rounds that Varisu is the official remake of Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi which was also directed by Vamsi Paidipally.
The still showcased so many similarities with Maharshi as Jayasudha is seen in the film. The makers have not spoken much about this film which is being made in Tamil.
