Recently, Team RRR announced that the film will be released on October 13, as a Dasara festive treat. While this much-awaited announcement thrilled the fans, senior Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor expressed severe displeasure on Rajamouli and RRR’s makers for clashing with his sports drama, Maidaan, which was scheduled for an October 15 release long back.
And RRR’s producer DVV Danayya has finally responded on this controversy. In a latest interview with a popular English daily, Danayya has said that RRR’s release date has been decided by the distributors and producers and several rounds of talks between themselves. Danayya further said that it’s unfair to blame RRR team for the unexpected clash between RRR and Maidaan. Let’s see how the issue will be resolved in the coming days.
