Director Venky Atluri, who scored a massive hit with the Dulquer Salmaan-starrer Lucky Baskhar last year, is currently busy shooting his next project with Kollywood star Suriya, tentatively titled Suriya 46.
In a recent interview, the director confirmed that a sequel to Lucky Baskhar is definitely in the works. However, he also clarified that there will be no sequel to Dhanush’s Sir.
This is exciting news for Dulquer Salmaan fans, as Lucky Baskhar 2 promises to be another potential blockbuster. We’ll have to wait and see when the film goes on floors, as both the director and the lead actor are currently tied up with other commitments.
