Bollywood action superstar Sunny Deol’s recent outing Jaat, helmed by Tollywood director Gopichand Malineni, performed decently at the box office. The full-blown action entertainer showcased Sunny Deol at his absolute best, with the Telugu filmmaker earning praise for the powerful portrayal of the Hindi star.
The film was produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with People Media Factory. Recently, the makers surprised fans by officially announcing a sequel titled Jaat 2. However, it appears the sequel might not be directed by Gopichand Malineni.
During promotions for Dude, the producers stated, “If Gopichand Malineni Garu is available, we will start the shoot with him. Else, we will proceed with another director. We are anticipating good profits from the second installment.” The sequel revolves around a new mission, and the mass elements will be bigger and bolder this time.
