Tollywood filmmaker Gopichand Malineni’s Bollywood debut project Jaat was a decent success at the box office. Though the storyline isn’t new, the director presented Sunny Deol at his absolute best, and his mass avatar struck a chord with the target audience.
Later, the makers announced Jaat 2, but there have been speculations that Gopichand Malineni might not direct the sequel. However, there is now a fresh update on this topic. On the occasion of completing one year of Jaat, Sunny Deol and Gopichand shared their experiences about the project.
Gopichand wrote that he is eagerly waiting to work on the second installment and turn up the ante. So now, it’s clear that Jaat 2 will be helmed by Gopichand Malineni himself. As of now, the timelines of the project aren’t clear.
