Veteran Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff recently shared an interesting story about his long friendship with Salman Khan and revealed how he always believed Salman was destined to become a star.
Jackie said that during their struggling days, both of them were searching for opportunities in the film industry. While Jackie eventually got his big break with Hero, Salman continued waiting for the right launch.
The actor revealed that he used to carry Salman Khan’s photograph in his pocket and would regularly show it to producers and filmmakers, requesting them to give Salman a chance in films.
However, things did not work out immediately despite Jackie’s efforts. Years later, Salman finally got his breakthrough with Maine Pyar Kiya, which changed his life forever.
Jackie said Salman ultimately earned success on his own talent, determination, and hard work. Both are massive stars in their own right.
