It is well known by now that star Tollywood character artiste Jagapathi Babu will be making his big Bollywood debut with Farhan Akhtar’s Pukar. The film will be directed by Lagaan and Swades fame Ashutosh Gowariker. Rakul Preet Singh will be playing the female lead in this big budget entertainer.
According to the latest updates, Jagapathi Babu will be essaying the main antagonist in Pukar. Furthermore, the film is touted to be a fast-paced forest adventurous thriller which also involves animals. The film will be shot abroad several exotic jungles abroad.
Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and Ashutosh Gowariker Productions will jointly bankroll this exciting project. Legendary script writer and lyricist Javed Akhtar has penned the film’s script. The shooting will commence towards the end of 2021.
